Is every game available to play?

Most customers sign into their personal accounts and access the games they own. If its popular we will have it pre-installed

I'm Under 15, can I still play?

Yes, we just need a parent or adult 21+ to assist in setting up your Portal account before you start. (They dont need to stay with you)

Can I bring my own peripherals?

Yes, As its easy for ports to be damaged we ask oy to talk to a staff member to assist in disconnecting our gear and connecting yours

Why can't I bring my own snacks/drinks?

Your welcome to bring water/hot coffee however due to customers abusing the system, we don't allow any other snacks/drinks to be brought in. Our kiosk is stocked with items to purchase.

How do I book?

No booking required, we are a walk in business. If you would like to organise a birthday party or reserve group seating you can check out our prices on the "book a birthday" page
