How to register online?

Make an account with www.smash.gg.com
Register on https://smash.gg/SYP2019Mar2

Registrations and online payment are now open on smash.gg and will close at 11.59pm on Wednesday 13th March 2019.

Registrations will be still be available on smash.gg, however payments after Wednesday night will need to be paid on the day on Sunday at the venue.

Payment can be done on the day by cash or card (cash preferred).

What are the Prizes?

• 1st Place Prize – %60 of Pot + Trophy
• 2nd Place Prize – %30 of Pot
• 3rd Place Prize – %10 of Pot

How Much is it and what comes with the ticket?

• $10 Entry Ticket + $10 Each additional Game
• $10 Non Tournament Entry
• Spectators FREE

When Should I arrive?
Should aim to arrive when doors open at Midday

Rule

Inappropriate in-game aliases will not be tolerated, including names which have themes of discrimination, racism, sexism, profanity, drug use, are silly or too big in size.

What Can I Bring?
Please bring your preferred gaming pad or fight stick

Please remember there is no outside food and drink permitted but you are welcome to purchase snacks + drinks from portal kiosk

(example; No bottles of soft drink, mcdonalds, dominoes etc)

Can I sign up on the day?

Yes

Is there an age Limit?
There is no age limit, however all entrants are required to be an escape portal member which is free and can be made on the day. Please note under 15 requires parent consent on sign up.

Are spectators allowed?
Yes, You are welcome to come into the venue and spectate the event. Please note all occupants are required to sign up to escape portal t&c’s which is free and can be done on the day at the front counter.

Please try not to block accessways if you grab a chair to watch a friend play 😀

Can I Stream?
Unfortunately no, Escape Portal is not currently setup for streaming on individual pcs, however the event will be streamed on twitch. twitch.tv/perthironkingarena

I Don’t agree with the admins Ruling, What can I do?
Before prizes are awarded you may speak to PIKA Representative on the day for final decision, however it will be rare that the admins ruling will be overturned.

I’d prefer for my photo not to be taken, What can I do?
We have some amazing sponsors who would love to see everyone having fun at this event. You may request photos to be taken down from social media if you feel they are exploitive or dangerous.
